the comment that the writer might try and attend a meeting in the area if ho could find one.

Since we have a website and are listed around, ir seems to me we are quite visible and relatively easy to find.

If you are a Packard enthusiast of any stripe, you are welcome to come for dinner, enjoy our monthly presentation and get to know some fellow enthusiasts.

February through November we meet on the first Monday night of the month (unless the preceding Sunday was a major holiday, in which case go on the second Monday).

We meet at the Silver Stallion in Des Plaines at about 6:00 pm for dinner (Dutch!) followed by a presentation of some sort and with a small business meeting.

The Silver Stallion in on Mannheim *(called Lee Street in Des Plaines) a few doors south of Algonquin Road. Good eats, and particularly good seafood.
