Mal, thanks. It might be of certain interest to know, that this old auction, which ended in May 17, 2013, remained as a story in a blog, which is published on ebay. As Gerry (GTO) already mentioned:

Last but not least a relevant information: the auction culminated after 88 bids with a winning bid of US $30,633.00.
