I have been in contact with JKowFam and I will be writing up a short article that will be published in Motor City Packards regional publication called The Packard Digest. Copies of this publication are sent to all PAC regional editors for their review and use in their local region.

Once I have published the article in The Digest I will repost it here for additional comment and research. You can expect to see it within the next two weeks.
