According to Packard Service Letter Vol.15 No.7 dated April 1,1941 all nineteenth Series cars have a front stone shield as std. equipment. The license bracket was also modified to clear the shield. All owners of cars produced prior to the shield becoming std. equipment can purchase a kit(price $3.75) for dealer installation.......
