Call me too pessimistic, but I think this project will be a failure. The city of Detroit is so corrupt I wouldn't accept real estate there for nothing. For example, if I lived in Detroit I would pay $7,800 per year for car insurance. The situation is so corrupt the police don't ask for proof of insurance outside of an accident. That is a searing indictment of state government. The only way to reform Michigan is to turn Lansing into a giant prison facility.
