Help with Packard Parts

A elderly friend of mine asked me to help her....
"Get these parts into the hands of someone who can use them"! So I am asking for some help....I don't know what year or model these came off of and neither does she. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for any and all help.
