As stated, there is data and marketing BS combined, such as the claim to not have corrosive oxygen like water. I believe that at least some of the Evans products are glycol-based, so have oxygen-containing molecules. While it might be amusing to calculate heat transfer coefficients from Reynolds numbers and viscosities (what shear rate do you want to assume?), I'd guess an empirical evaluation on a test rig measuring the temperature in and out at known flow rate was done somewhere.

The previous poster's advice is solid science, not marketing. I believe that these coolants prevent boiling by having a higher boiling point. That doesn't mean your engine is necessarily running cooler. It takes a higher heat transfer rate both from the engine and from the radiator to do that
