53 patrician power booster rebuild

rebuilt the tredle vac on a 53 patrician.
with car running you barely touch the pedal and it goes to the floor like something is pulling it aka vacum.i havent bled the system yet is this normal or should i take it back out and look at something wrong in the booster rebuild? thanks for any answers.
