1. Contact the auction house and explain your desire for information. Prepare to get past the "privacy policy."

2. Image search the car to determine if it is being publically shown. Followup with show organizers if necessary.

3. Contact the PAC roster keeper for this model. My bet is a known car has known whereabouts.
