Since I am in the market for a jack to go with my '50 custom, I have been watching for one on Ebay and elsewhere. I can top your $300.00+ non-functioning jack:cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=120155339605
Of course, this one works! The jack currently on Ebay isn't the same (square upright as opposed to what I think should be a triangular one and a very different bumper hook that doesn't conform to the Packard bathtub bumper). I figure Packard provided well over 100,000 jacks to go with the '48-'50 models so I'll just keep on lookin' for one I can afford!
