New 54 steering wheel / J-2557 wheel puller

I was looking to replace my 54 Pacific steering wheel with a custom purple transparent wheel from Dennis Crooks @ Quality Restorationshttps://qualityrestorations.com/ . With the lack of a J-2557 wheel puller on hand, Harbor Freight and Studebakerparts.com do have wheel pullers. Will any of these suffice? What would be the exact procedure to replace my wheel? QR deals in wheel exchange and I am reluctant to actually give up my current wheel. Is there availability of any senior 54 Packard steering wheels out there for sale I can use for an exchange? Thoughts and advice are welcome.
