How old is your battery? Getting a drop of 0.2V with just a fuel pump on is crazy. For comparison, a voltage drop of 1.8V is typical with a load of 200 amps. Of course, there could be some measurement error. Does your voltmeter read to one decimal place, or two? Usually it's two if you set it to the "20V" setting.
