Welcome to the world of Packard automobiles. The factory actually published quite a bit of good technical information (not just sales literature0, and if you take time to search this site, you'll find a lot of it right here.

My personal focus is on the '55-'56 cars, but the information you seek is contained in the 1951-1954 Packard Service Manual, which can be found here, in the Packard Literature and Manuals archive. That large manual is saved, section-by-section, in PDF format - so you need only download the section(s) you need. The ratio information is listed in the "Specifications" section, under the "Transmission" heading.

However, it appears that you may have to divide those figures, as listed, by the rear axle ratio for your model (shown under the "Rear Axle" heading in that same section) to arrive at the true gear ratios for the tranny.

Later, you may also want to take a look at the Service Index feature as the index for factory service buulletins and newsletter articles on the 1951-54 cars was recently completed, and the index entries are hot-linked to actual scans of those documents.
