Congratulations. Here is a link to the service counselor that will have all the specs and wiring diagram once you determine your model.

The vin plate will have the first 4 digits as the model the last ones separated by the dash will be the sequence number in production starting, I believe, at 1001. There is also a stamped engine number located usually middle to rear on the drivers side just below the head on a smoothed surface. Here is a link to the engine number chart so you can tell what you have & if correct.
