Where did the 55-6-7 Chevy mount the BTV and any idea as to pedal ratio? I notice on a Chevy site, they have a direct bolt in replacement for the BTV using the dual diaphragm 7" booster and a dual master cylinder.
This one appears a bit longer than we can use but maybe something along these lines with the smaller diameter master and no mounting bracket for those contemplating a change.
If someone is contemplating, maybe try this route with the dual booster and small cylinder in the standard spot and if it didn't work, then could always use the components in the vent hole area like Eric or PV8. At the worst, might be out some labor and possibly go back to larger cylinder.
