Generally--but not always--the differences between a "standard" and "deluxe" anything Packard offered was mostly extra chrome, fancier interiors and sometimes more options or accessories included on the deluxe car from the factory. There might also be the availability to get a more powerful engine or other item as a paid option which would not necessarily be the case on the lower end car. The name deluxe was kind of used inconsistently. In your year it was a fancier model. In 55-6 it was the low end offering.

In the 23rd series model pageshttps://packardinfo.com/xoops/html/modules/modelinfo/index.php?mode=year&id=1950&ButtonYear=Go you can check the various models and get an idea of differences from yours either from the pictures or literature -- mostly from the sales brochures and specifications -- mentioned and linked in the various model pages.
