Along the lines of the missing SSBs that Brian pointed out, we are also missing several Server Letters (the pre-war name for the Service Conselors). Here is what we are missing:

1929 Vol 3 All 24 Issues and Index Missing
1930 Vol 4, 1-7 & 9 - 24 & Index Missing
1931 Vol 5 All 24 Issues and Index Missing
1932 Vol 6 All 24 Issues and Index Missing
1933 Vol 7, No. 3 - Missing
1933 Vol 7, No. 5 - 14 (partial pages, need all pages)
1933 Vol 7, No. 14 -15 Missing
1933 Vol 7, No. 18 Missing
1933 Vol 7, Index Missing
1934 Vol 8, No. 17 - 24 Missing
1934 Vol 8, Index Missing
1935 Vol 9 All 24 Issues and Index Missing
1937 Vol 11, No. 1 -2 Missing
1937 Vol 11, No. 19 Missing

The missing ones between 1938 and 1945 I am in the process of scanning.

Also any other Pre-War documentation is requested. These include, but are not limited to General Letters, Parts and Accessory Bulletins, Trade Letters, etc.
