Math question

Question for engineering type guys, Craig, Keith, et al from one who may be overlooking the obvious.

Does the basic lever ratio calculation apply when changing from a class 2 lever formula to a rotary model? I am thinking the actual calculating length of lever A in this example may be approx 4.3 which would give a ratio closer to 2.5 with these numbers. Am not quite sure which class the rotary application would apply to and haven't found any examples in use.

Not being educated, would like to make sure of my data before making any final decisions.
