Defroster?

Drove home today from a show and got caught in a monsoon, the upshot of which was that I discovered that while I have blowers, I do not seem to have defrost activity. Got completely fogged up.

Air blows out on the floor but does not redirect out the windshield louvers.

What am I looking for under the dash? Suggestions?
