Where in is Mile Post 400?

Well I tried! My pal Ed and I took the 400 out last Thursday for a long drive and after noticing the mile markers, I had a thought? Take a picture at mile post 400 with my '55 400. Given the lay of the land so to speak, we couldn't find a 400! We found a 399 and a 401 BUT no 400. It seems that Arizona Highway 260 and US 180/191 all converge near the towns of Eager and Springerville and MP 400 is no where to be found.

Anyone have a picture of a Packard Caribbean on Caribbean Ave? Or how about some other interesting place with one of our beloved cars?
