HELP - ID this Packard and Owner

Hello All:
I am not familiar with the early Packards and saw this on the Shorpy.com websitehttp://www.shorpy.com/node/11496
I have cropped the photo to highlight only the car. The photo was taken in 1908 according to the text and I believe the location was on Belle Isle.
However, I am unsure of the model. Body style is a Runabout, but I think it is a 1906 model S (24).
Any idea who the driver is?
