Everything works perfect when I try it. I even tried with different browsers. You have to click the "GO" button at each step until the entire form displays, not the ENTER key.

So you select the Year (1954) and click GO

Then you select the Series (54th) then click GO

Then you select the actual specific model (5492) then click GO

Then it will take a moment, and the form will get displayed. Fill it all out, and then hit submit.
