Predictor height

First time I have seen this picture which popped up in random photos. Quite an eye opener. I know the lady is in heels but unless she is exceptionally tall as well, the Predictor would appear to be a lot lower in real life than regular production Packards. Anyone remember any specs on the Predictor? Regular cars list out at 62" high. That looks maybe a foot lower based on an average height lady.
