Apparently Wildwood makes a kit. They are also available on the Wildwood website and have instructions you can download. The listing brings a question though. They show the same kit being compatible with lots of models and years.
While the rotors have different holes for the studs to accommodate different wheel bolt patterns there is no mention of bearings or hubs for different spindles. I didn't realize the spindle was the same on so many models and years. Were they?
