Satirical references are meant to be just that, and hopefully humourous.

Most people have seen the Seinfeld episode featuring the "Soup Nazi" and in that connotation, as in this one, use of a "Nazi" is a means of conveying a meaning and nothing more.

It's often been said that satire is the lowest form of wit. If that's a truism, it should be beneath our dignity to even contemplate giving credence to anything other than it's intended meaning.
