RM Restorations in Canada did the work. Word has it that they had 10,000 man hours of labor alone in the car. you can do the math - now add in parts and supplies for the final result.

I don't begrudge the owner one bit for having the work done and am glad he could do it. Otherwise, what would happen to this car? If he can afford this, then great and he probably can afford another Packard for tours.
