I'm surprised that there is not some kind of modern electronic e-gizmo for articulating the a spot lite that would require much less drilling.

On the other hand with some recent disussion of headlite/circuit breakerproblems a spotlite mite be a very wise decision.
I like fog litres for that reason. I do fair amount of nite driving on snakey roads. Headlites suddenly go out BIG PROBLEM, FAST!!!!!!!
