I can't help either but John Ulrich reproduces the gearshttp://julrichpackard.com/window_door_parts.htm I see one of them attaches to the window shaft with a pin and the other type is pressed on. From the basic illustration in the parts manual, the shaft appears to be part of the frame so maybe welded on???? Wonder if John would have insight as to what is happening on yours or maybe a drawing to share.
