Because I am having difficult time with your imbedded video I can only assume it is the 2009 DVD by Lucken Productions. A short is here:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kk8bAeXxJ0o So it has been out for 5 years now and advertised for sale in the PAC publications.

The film maker came to a show at the PPG and filmed Packards there.
