Hi CustomClipper55
Art Fitzpatrick was describing his design work as a 19 year old at the Darrin shop in Hollywood on this 1940 Packard being developed to add to the convertible Victorias to be built in Connorsville, Indiana. Ultimately, only the convertible sedan in the same design ethic were produced.

The Classic Car in Volume LVIII, Number 4 - Winter 2010. It's a fascinating read, enough to make the hair on the back of your neck raise when you realize the quality of his designwork at a very young age.
Hemmings Classic Car magazine also had a good article on this car and its wonderful restoration by Mike Ames in issue #53 February 2009.
