Notice that the limo has a rear fender mount antenna--have never encountered that before.
That indicates a rear compartment radio and the rear fender mount antenna is a carryover from the 21st series LWB cars when so equipped. Photo from 2250-9-2206, a left-over and renumbered car.
The marine engine appears to be an IM-245.
