Here's a particularly nice photo (U.S. Navy photo) of MSO-458 (USS Lucid); this class were fitted with 4 of the V-16 diesels for propulsion and 2 V8 diesels for general electrical supply. This ship is preserved and currently at the Stockton Historical Maritime Museum and well-worth a visit by those interested in Packard marine engines. Second photo courtesy of the museum.
