looks like a 138CD Limo 
4:45 mark. Took about 3-4 hours to get those scenes with the car in it. 5 sec of fame. Even got my name in the credits lol.
Thanks to Mike Franko of PNT for putting me in touch with Lumos Pictures when they requested a car for the short film. Filmed it about 2 miles from where I lived.
2 of those actors were in Breaking Bad from what I understand.
