Yeah, I won't do that again. A dozen years ago I was charged $15 per alignment nib to grind and polish it off - or $45 per headlamp - and I had to supply the headlamp.
About a year later I saw that Bob Drake was selling nib-less headlamps for a lot cheaper. Did you need 6V or 12V?
