No, it's not a mistake, and the seller isn't insane.

It's just an underhanded way of getting cheap advertising to part the car out - without having to pay for a listing for each part.

Personally, if I'm gonna buy used parts online, I'd rather look for the specific part, listed individually with good pic(s) and full disclosure.

Caveat emptor!
