Garrett, if you have your mind set on a prewar packard, I wouldn't settle for a post war. There are enough 1935-1942 junior packards available at any giving time, be patient and like Ken said put a little $$ aside on a regular base and when the right one pops up you're ready. And asking price is seldom the selling price!
