The answers to your questions are elusive.

Beverly Rae Kimes wrote in Packard: A History...: Packard engineer WH Graves stated that Packard built about 3000 air conditioning units from 1940 to February 1942.

The hydraulic power windows were standard on the 1941 180 Series, along with the privacy window, if equipped.

As for the cellarette production, I have no information.
