The bodies were a remake but they moved the V8 radiator back so fender and side splasher mounts to the cradle are several inches closer to the engine. A wide splasher which mounts to the cradle and also holds the hood latch takes up the extra space in front. To move the radiator would be kind of a project but I suppose nothing that couldn't be overcome.
