As soon as I read the part about the Mexican Taxi I got the Herb Alpert & the Tijuana Brass song "Mexican Taxi" stuck in my head.
It was a great article. Interesting history being that it was bought new by the Phillips family (Of phillips 66).
I wish I had more history on my car. I'm sure it wouldn't have been as interesting though.
