Mal, the swarm intelligence of the PackardInfo crew gladly assists you in answering Dave's request. I did my best to decipher your riddle (picture attached) but to crack this hieroglyphics code it needs an electron-scan microscope or an in situ investigator.
Therefore I asked Graham to support us. I don't know if Graham owns a microscope but he owns a Packard, the one which is up for sale on ebay.



Graham has been so kind to reply: "... the numbers on the makers plate are as follows, 140219R , the ody numbers on the other pictures are 248147 and the spares number is EX 56468, the HC on the head is for a High compression cylinder head ..."
