Note, the ID Plate has "14th" stamped in front of the other numbers, is this "usual"?

I've seen the "14th" stamped in the same way on quite a few 1936 cars, seems to be the only year they did that.

Based on the type font and method of stamping, the patent plate on the 1101 (718-168) would appear to be a reproduction.
