The mechanical specs can be found in Service Counselor 23 #5https://www.packardinfo.com/xoops/html/downloads/SC/SC-VOL23NO5.pdf by chassis type and here is an excerpt from the index of the 48-54 Parts manual giving the body number and chassis type it corresponds to. We don't have a 23rd series fact book here but there is a 22nd serieshttps://www.packardinfo.com/xoops/html/downloads/1948_FactBook.pdf available. There are probably some changes in the 23rd series but at least that book may give a general idea of differences.
