Hi Dave

That rough Sport Brougham is about the worst I've seen, does it come with another 1907 model donor car? A region member has a weathered formal sedan that's at the tipping point in condition where it might well be a donor for this project.

The Sport Brougham production number generally cited is 99, which given it was a series custom sounds reasonable. It was coachbuilder practice to do those series custom styles in blocks, 100 would be normal. Wonder what happened to the one body short...?

Curious about survival myself, between PAC and CCCA rosters I counted 18 cars without duplication. I'd guess maybe 25 altogether in all conditions. It would be great if the survival was as high as 38. Like all pre-war Packards, the early 1950's NADA Used Car Guides assign prices below $100 when these cars were ten to twelve years old but still in good salable condition. Small wonder so few were saved.
