Howard, I noticed the same but can't offer a suitable explanation. Published in 2016 the ad said "ZIS" but the cast number of an original ZIS bell housing contains Cyrillic letters.

Sorry, I don't know. But necessity begets ingenuity (see pic #2 below), so we shouldn't rule out that possibility.

The Russian gear box is almost indestructible and a ZIS engine way too expensive to use it for something different.
