Concept 2 is interesting with it's eyebrow or floating bumpers/bumperettes positioned over the main bumper and it traditionally styled Packard grill.

But the winner for me is Concept 1. This design has a more radical but very pleasantly proportioned Packard type grill with both Packard emblem and Cormorant hood ornament. It is very nicely positioned in the split bumper with thrusting centre hubs either side of the grill together with a chin bumper for good effect.
