Auto historian Alden Jewell provided us with a video of a self-parking pre-war Packard. The inventor lived in Piedmont, CA in the hills above Oakland. He tried again after World War II with the device installed in an early '50s Cadillac and in a '53 Packard Cavalier. The Packard was seen on NBC's Today show.

We also feature today Bruce S.'s home brew '64 Studebaker Commander R4.https://56packardman.com/2019/11/05/gear-head-tuesday-1-of-none-64-studebaker-commander-r-4/
