What always got me on hot rodding, is they buy the nicest car then cut it up to make the hot rod. If you are going to cut one up and put in wheel tubs etc.... Why not get a poorer speciman for the project. There just aren't that many "nice" ones left.
Newbie, I've seen that high performance front suspension you have on your '39 with the tube shocks..... LOL
