OK..Here is the skivvy..

The Receiver has two wires ...power and antenna.
The control head has two wires. The one on the top of the unit goes to the receiver and provides power.
The one on the bottom goes to a toggle switch in the right glove box (which is a secure control of the power.)

The power path is this:
Power from the amp meter to an SFE 20A fuse holder.
From the fuse holder to the toggle switch.
From the toggle switch to the top of the control unit.
From the bottom of the control unit to the receiver box.
