Sign values typically go by size, one side or two, porcelain or enamel, rarity, age, condition.
Sometime they have a date and maker in the margins.
Try to search for comparables selling on line or get it appraised, if you're not sure. There only worth what someone is willing to pay as markets change with time.

As Don alludes, this is when GM owned Packard Electric, not Packard motor car. So from anywhere in the '33 to '98 period.
Don't have to go to far to more than double your money and take the $150 and not the $60, if you want to sell it fast.
