I just called the number and got a voice message (probably Eric).

They said they will be in the office 8:30 am EST, January 3, and have been reviewing emails since December 24.

The operation doesn't use a ton of floor space, and they drop ship via UPS.

As well, if nothing was charged to a credit card then nothing happened. And they should have issued a tracking number.
